APPLICABLE TO ALL OUR PRODUCTS:

The information given and the recommendations made herein are based on our research and are believed to be accurate but no guaranty of their accuracy is made. In every case, we urge and recommend that purchasers, before using any product in full scale, make their own tests to determine to their own satisfaction whether the product is of acceptable quality and is suitable for their particular purposes under their own operating conditions.

THE PRODUCTS DISCLOSED HEREIN (THIS WEB SITE) ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

No representative of ours has any authority to waive or change the foregoing provisions but, subject to such provisions, our engineers are available to assist purchasers in adapting our products to their needs and to the circumstances prevailing in their business. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to imply the non-existence of any relevant patents or to constitute a permission, inducement or recommendation to practice any invention covered by any patent, without authority from the owner of this patent.

WARRANTY COVERAGE, WARRANTY CLAIMS AND MERCHANDISE RETURNS

WARRANTY COVERAGE STARTS FROM THE DAY OF MERCHANDISE SHIPPING. DATE THAT APPEARS ON ACCEPTED BILL OF LADING, SIGNED PACKING SLIP OR PROOF OF DELIVERY SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS A WARRANTY COVERAGE START DATE. (DTI FIRST-HAND DISTRIBUTORS WHO STOCK DTI PRODUCTS CAN EXTEND THIS DATE UP TO 90 EXTRA DAYS IN THE CASE OF EQUIPMENT'S LATE DEPLOYMENT.)

WARRANTY COVERAGE ENDS WITH EXPIRATION OF SPECIFIC PRODUCT'S WARRANTY TERM.

FOR OEM PRODUCTS, WARRANTY COVERAGE ENDS WITH EXPIRATION OF OEM EQUIPMENT'S BASIC WARRANTY.

IF WARRANTY IS GRANTED AND REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNIT IS SUPPLIED, COVERAGE REMAINS FOR THE REST OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT'S WARRANTY TERM.

ALL PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR WARRANTY CLAIM MUST HAVE DTI ISSUED RMA#. (DTI FIRST-HAND DISTRIBUTORS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO OBTAIN RMA#)

ALL PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR WARRANTY CLAIM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK PREPAID. TAXES, CUSTOMS, DUTY AND BROKERAGE FEES ARE TO BE AT SENDER'S EXPENSE.

COD AND COLLECT BILLED SHIPPING PARCELS SHALL BE REFUSED/RETURNED BACK TO SENDER.

PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR WARRANTY CLAIM MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UN-OPENED. ONLY OUR (DTI) SERVICE'S TEAM INSPECTION AND DIAGNOSTIC SHALL BE VALID IN ORDER TO GRANT THE WARRANTY. UNLESS DIRECTLY INSTRUCTED, IN WRITING BY DTI, AUTHORISATION TO PERFORM INSPECTION, DIAGNOSTIC, CALIBRATION, MODIFICATION AND REPAIR IS ISSUED AS PER SINGLE OCCASION. GENERAL OR BLANKET AUTHORIZATION CANNOT BE GRANTED. NO ONE OUTSIDE OUR COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED TO WAIVE OR CHANGE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
